#2919 – Inverted
Haywards Heath, January 2020.
She knew something wasn’t quite right, but couldn’t quite put her finger on what it was. Everything seemed normal, and yet it didn’t. It was all slightly off kilter, as if the colours of the world were still there, but not reaching her eyes.
She tried closing her eyes and opening them again, but that didn’t work. The world around her was definitely the world, but not the world she knew. There was light and dark, there were all the shades in between, but everything else? Well life appeared to be going on around her, but it was doing so in a misty haze, a fuggy glow that made everything indistinct, grey, depthless…
beautiful words and pic – such a loss
Gorgeous shot.
Many thanks!
